★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a folding bike for my wife. She was able to test several models and bike around the neighborhood as long as she wanted. The owner was very helpful and patient. He mounted also an AXA lock on the bike without charging any additional fee for the labor and we got also some side skirts for the back wheel for free.
The owner was very honest and didn't try to sell us the most expensive bike. He gave also good advise about chain locks and the best way to maintain your bike. In the end he helped us carry the bike to our car!
Excellent service, rarely seen in most stores. Although I don't live near Landsmeer, but in Utrecht, I will definitely buy my next bike at this store again; it's worth the extra drive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a nice bike here. Repetitively there occurred failures of spokes in my back wheel and CoolBikingCompany repaired it several times without charging a dime! When the problem remained occurring they gave me a completely new wheel for free, plus a new bell, plus giving extra service:).
I find this service extraordinarily!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rolled into this shop almost accidentally, without a major mechanical problem, riding a bike they do not sell, and looking for an obscure size inner tube. Imagine my surprise when they spent 30+ minutes looking everywhere for the tube I needed. The owner got into the action, came out of his office, and rode his bike to his warehouse to search for the tube. Did I mention that I was not even flat! These folks are so good natured, so generous with their time and knowledge, and so well organized, anyone in their vicinity is lucky to have them as a resource. This is one of the nicest bike shops I've ever visited, and I encourage any reader to spend some time there! Even though they couldn't find the tube I was after, their good nature left a very lasting positive impression. Way to go!
