Too full classes although people know about this. Come exclusively to Ademwerk on Wed. Av. that is great.

Very nice yoga school. Quiet, fine vibe and very good yoga classes. The yin yoga classes are my favorite :)

Participated in the Barre class & the Super lesson! Both very very nice. Nice teachers and enough knowledge. Nice and beautiful gym. Recommendation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room itself is really pretty. But it’s really really chilly. My teacher’s class is in Dutch, since it seems to be a less international neighborhood. It seems quite difficult for her to conduct the class in English. Some instructions got very lost in translation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really lovely new studio opened today. They have 3+ airy, bright and spacious rooms for classes, lots of space for changing and hanging out + lovely staff. I went for their Superles Barre which was really good. Works up a sweat, good barre exercises (push through that pain!) and lovely wind down yin yoga poses for the end. Hope to come back for more of their Signature Superles classes and check out their lovely natural products they sell in the studio as well. There is a separate changing room, toilet, lockers and some massage rooms as well from what I could see.
