★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voor de tweede keer een pakketje proberen op te halen om 17.45, maar voor een tweede keer was de zaak dicht, terwijl op de website staat dat ze tot 18.00 open zijn. Laatste keer dat ik daar iets laat bezorgen.
Als dat zo is, dan moet u dat ook bij DHL aanpassen, want daar staat uw openingstijd tot 18.00 en voor dit bericht ook op de website...
Vandaag alsnog mijn pakketje opgehaald en degene die vandaag daar was heeft me zo vriendelijk geholpen, dat ik ze alsnog 4 sterren geef.
Trying to pick up a package for the second time at 5.45 pm, but the case was closed for a second time, while the website states that they are open until 6 pm. Last time I had something delivered there.
If this is the case, then you also have to adjust that at DHL, because there your opening time is up to 6 pm and for this message also on the website ...
Today I picked up my package and the person who was there today helped me so kindly that I still give them 4 stars.
