★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein tolles Geschäft, ich habe mir dort einen Mantel gekauft, die Verarbeitung ist wirklich gut, die Bedienung ist unheimlich freundlich und nicht aufdringlich, der Preis ist angemessen wenn man in Betracht zieht das man englische Qualitätsware bekommt. Die 5 Sterne sind durchaus angemessen.
A great shop, I bought a coat there, the workmanship is really good, the service is incredibly friendly and not intrusive, the price is reasonable considering that you get English quality goods. The five stars are quite appropriate.

Not sure if they're selling the genuine Hackett stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor quality. Got a jacket which was showing tears after 1 year. Now I'm 2 weeks late for my warranty and they don't want to help. Clearly the team doesn't stand behind their products. Overpriced for the bad quality clothing.

Visited the store yesterday and found some outstanding pieces of clothing. Couldn’t be happier. Hope Hackett opens a new store in Amsterdam soon. Thank you for the wonderful time in your store.
