★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a very cool area to have your office. Right on top of the floor market. Take a look at the picture. Of course, either bike or come by public transport. The main issue I had (was there for a blockchain meeting) was that the top floor meeting room is too noisy even with the doors closed because there is a cafe/restaurant just next to it.
