Ze hebben alternatieven bedacht en mij naar een andere speciaalzaak doorverwezen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik had een makita boor gekocht thuis aangekomen kom ik er achter dat de boor kapot is ik ben terug gegaan naar de winkel en zou een vervangent product krijgen helaas was deze niet op vooraad en moest gehaald worden bij een filiaal 10min verder op zelf ophalen kon niet en ik zou hem de volgende ochtend hebben helemorgen gewacht en niks gehoord hoofd kantoor gebeld en ook die wisten niet waneer die kwam dan vraag je je geld terug krijg je te horen binnen 10 werk dagen heel erg jammer
I had bought a makita drill when I got home I find out that the drill is broken I went back to the store and would get a replacement product unfortunately it was not in stock and had to be picked up at a branch 10 minutes further on pick up was not possible and I would have waited for him the next morning all morning and heard nothing called the head office and they also did not know when it came then you ask for your money back you will be told within 10 working days very unfortunate
