★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had even snel wat houtdraadbouten nodig. Via internet kwam Toolstation als goede keuze uit de bus. Uitstekende prijs en je kunt zien of ze het op voorraad hebben. Rijdt je niet voor niks.
 Just needed a few bolts of wood. Toolstation emerged as a good choice via the internet. Excellent price and you can see if they have it in stock. You don't drive for nothing.

Sadly similar experience to previous one for me. Unfriendly and incompetent staff. Shame about such a beautiful store!

The employees in this branch are always so grumpy, or actually downright rude! Don't even say good morning or goodbye. How strange!

Toolstation heeft een goed assortiment en een fijne webshop. Ook de prijsstelling is meestal goed.
Echter het personeel is over het algemeen onvriendelijk en niet behulpzaam (met uitzondering van de lange dame met kort blond haar).
Om die rede laat ik mijn spullen liever bezorgen dan af te halen in de vestiging.
Concept is great! Staff at the desk not.
Toolstation has a good range and a nice webshop. The pricing is usually good too.
However, the staff is generally unfriendly and unhelpful (with the exception of the tall lady with short blond hair).
For that reason, I prefer to have my things delivered rather than pick them up at the location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een verschrikkelijk slechte service! 26 januari installatiedraad gekocht. Omdat ik niet te kort wilde komen kon ik een paar klosjes extra kopen. Ik kon het altijd terugbrengen, mits in originele verpakking. Vandaag zegt men in de winkel dat het binnen 30 dagen retour gebracht moest worden. Zo werkt dat toch niet met klussen.... 26 euro aan draad ligt nu nutteloos in de schuur!
What a terribly bad service! Bought installation wire January 26. Because I didn't want to be short, I could buy a few extra bobbins. I could always return it, provided it was in the original packaging. Today they say in the store that it had to be returned within 30 days. That's not how it works with odd jobs... 26 euros worth of wire is now useless in the shed!
