★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very fast service! City bike, roadbike, time trial bike or mountainbike, Remko fixes, revises and services all bikes usually within a day. Even in cycling high season I have not been without my bike for more than two days.
Plus the staff are both nice guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think they have very limited staff and get quite busy sometimes so expect to wait (much) longer than the indicated time. This also means they don't have time for big projects like fixing up an older bike or trueing a wheel their fullest potential (I was able to get it straight, whereas they would recommend me to just buy a new one.. $$$) I also bought some new pedals here, they seemed fair priced. Based on my experience and that of my friend I would not go here to buy a bike or be dependent on them for any time of repair that goes beyond screwing in pedals.
Thankfully there are many other good bikes shops in Leiden like Raas which do give fair advice.
