★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid for a year membership, tried to cancel it a few months later but since I agreed on a deal it wasn't possible, fair enough. Two months after my deal expired, they were still charging my bank account and when contacted they told me I had to cancel in handwriting at least a month in advance. The deal was just for 12 months and not one month longer.
They told me they could stop taking out of my bank account 2 months later.
That is 4 months after the membership should've expired.
Meanwhile the gym has been closed for months due to the pandemic but still charged me for those months.
Not professional customer service, DO NOT RECOMMEND

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist is so impolite and arrogant,,,, the atmosphere of gym is like a military , if u just do some exrts mlve or sound, the people look you strange ! Personally didn't like it .
After 13 years experience i easy can see which gyms are for health and which just business and money !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a one-week business trip to Frankfurt, Germany. I travel to Amsterdam with my colleagues and try to search for a gym to work out, and saw the google map about this TrainMore gym they offer a one-time free trial, so I decided to visit them. This gym is very nearby the Amsterdam central station with 6 mins walk distance and located on the 2nd floor. When I walk into the gym, the receptionist Henrieke she was with her great smile and welcome me, that it shows this gym is super friendly with excellent service already. She is very professional to introduced very detail to the gym to me and shows me around. I really love her awesome energy and great service. So, I start my 2 hours of training at this gym. All the equipment is the Technogym and very new, with high ceiling buildings, make me feel very comfortable working out at this gym and with no pressure. The whole gym looks very nice and clean. Love it. So, I'm fully recommended to all the gym lover coming to visit and take a look. I really enjoy this time the workout experience with TrainMore. If I'm living in Amsterdam, for sure that I will sign the membership with you. I'm sure that you will love it as I'm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good gym. Day pass was 10 Euro which seems to be good value. 4 squat racks although there were people doing barbell rows and stiff legged deadlifts in them. Had a proper hip thrust bench. We used the sauna which was great to sweat out the beers from the night before. Would have loved some calf machines and a lying leg curl machine but all in all a good gym.
