NOOIT MEER, gewoon een Ryanair 2.0 geworden. Was vroeger fijne maatschappij maar helaas niet meer. Service is in en buiten het vliegtuig heel ver te zoeken
NEVER AGAIN, just become a Ryanair 2.0. Used to be a great company but sadly not anymore. Service is very hard to find inside and outside the plane

Ok, het boeken gaat in 5 minuten, geen probleem. En ja, ze vliegen je altijd veilig naar je bestemming, maar... als er problemen zijn, iets spoedig, je zend een berichtje, je zend een e-mail, of je wilt ze telefoneren, dan zijn ze nooit te bereiken!! Waardeloos, echt jammer en onmenselijk!!
Ok, booking is done in 5 minutes, no problem. And yes, they always fly you safely to your destination, but... if there are problems, something soon, you send a message, you send an e-mail, or you want to phone them, they are never reachable!! Worthless, really unfortunate and inhumane!!

Markets website to US consumers using Google AdSense and having app available in Apple's US App Store, but operates in blatant and unapologetic violation of US law. Customer rep attempted to explain to me that the multinational Air France-KLM S.A. was a "Dutch and French company" and did not have to comport to US DOT regulations. When confronted with obvious reality, claimed "servers were based in Europe." I was baffled a customer rep (three actually as I spoke to managers) would attempt to play lawyer but they did in complete disregard of applicable territories in which they operate and market themselves.

Good airline. I enjoyed the trip. The flight was small and cheap. It is a great choice for quick trip and for whom want to save money. Although i preferred that the meal service to be free, but was ok, i have chosen the meal i like to eat

They broke my luggage half year ago and they did not find any solution yet! Instead, they ask me to do many kilometers to find a solution. Still waiting, always sending emails and emails with no concrete answer. At the airport, the lady treated me very bad : -you don’t have a travel insurance?? It’s mandatory to have a travel insurance because of such situation! - who should have an insurance is the person who broke my luggage!! Not me !!!! Will avoid flying with transvia, told all my friends and family.

Transavia has zero customer relations plus zero knowledge of the Covid regulation. My last flight two days ago 1. The steward repeatedly wiped his brow with his hand, even in none Covid times this unsatisfactory! 2. We paid for front row seats, after takeoff passengers were allowed to wander and take up the front seats without intervention. Micky Mouse Airline
