With my first contact person everything went well and then I was supposed to get in touch with my next contact person Dominique. She called me,we scheduled an appointment and she missed it. I called Treatwell,waiting on the line and her colleague told me she'll call back. I had to call a few times and waited half of day for her to call me back. This repeated again,but without the last part- she never called me back. I simply didn't get what I was supposed to receive from the partnership for the money I payed. I terminated the partnership. Dominique was unprofessional,never apologized for not showing up for our appointments. The name Treatwell doesn't represent what you'll get as their partner.

A	Alexis Feo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I entered the place walking short steps as my lower back was so painful, even if I was taking 5500 mg of pain killers....once you cross their door, the place gives you a smooth relaxed feeling. Carrie is kind, professional, easygoing, has great energy and lots of knowledge, she definitely knows what she is doing. At the end of the treatment, I could walk normal, that was weeks ago and until today I can do my day to day activities without pain, she did Magic. Muchas Gracias, Carrie
K	Kaya Ellis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an appointment, charged 80 euros, show up and no recognition of my appointment (travelled total of over an hour), contacted customer care for refund, was told they couldn't help me and that I needed to contact bank or IDeal - contacted both my bank and IDeal and both institutions said the payment went through and that Treatwell needs to refund me. I am out 80 euros and a lot of my time trying to get my money. What an insane run around.

Both Treatwell and the salon said otherwise (!) and I was not compensated. Learning: never pay beforehand. I myself will not use Treatwell anymore as I don't think you can treat customers like this. I am mostly very surprised.

Mr Valentine is a very highly skilled professional, kind, explaining everything he did, with a deep and thorough knowledge of several techniques and the related disciplinary fields of his practice. I have visited different salons in Brussels and the quality of the massage and the space I was received were exceptional here.(clean, looked after, hygienic), Mr Valentine is very competent, very kind, very professional, really loves and knows his job.
