Vincent is a true Brompton expert and takes plenty of time to explain and showcase everything, before and after the purchase. I went to some other bike shops before coming here, including the flag/junction store and both the stock and level of service is incomparably better at Tromptom. Worth a trip even from further away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Trompton to change my rear tyre today. The mechanic was friendly and knowledgeable! I came back to the store one hour after it was closed due to a problem with the gear afterward. The mechanic welcomed me over and then helped to fix it right away. I recommend Trompton if you need help with your Brompton.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I first stumble upon this store a few years ago, I didn't know anything about Brompton bike. It just looked cute and Vincent educate me about the bike. Then he asked me to ride it around the park.
That's when I felt in love with it and I was lost for 1.5 hours till Vincent found me in the park (haha! Thank you Vincent).
I purchase two and one is for my wife plus some accessories. Vincent was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me about everything with a very honest answer.
I love this store and will highly recommend you visit Vincent when you are in Amsterdam.
I'm glad I met Vincent otherwise I might not have discover this wonderful bike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On visit just out of curiosity we had a great chat here and finally I decided to buy a Quad Lock mount for my Bromton.
A few weeks later when I received the case for my phone I wanted to mount it but found out that the hinge bolts are missing.
I wrote a mail and Bram was very responsive and made it possible that I got a replacement in Vienna. Thank you again for this great support!
