Ons ervaring is dat ze als bedrijf slecht te bereiken zijn, communicatie is waardeloos, en ze kunnen telkens wegens drukte de technische aanvragen en wijzigingen niet aan waardoor deze steeds weken uitlopen op werkzaamheder wat indirect ons als klant van Unet ook geld kost. Kom op Unet als jullie het niet aankunnen ga dan geen contracten aan of neem extra personeel in dienst!!
With our company we use Unet fiber. Our experience is that they are difficult to reach as a company, communication is worthless, and they cannot cope with technical requests and changes due to crowds, which means they always end up working weeks, which indirectly costs us as an Unet customer. Come on Unet if you can't handle it, don't enter into contracts or hire extra staff !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechtste datacenter wat ik ooit ben tegengekomen.denk hierbij aan de security.zeer onvriendelijk personeel.arrogant zijn daar blinken ze wel weer in uit.
Worst datacenter I have ever encountered. Think of the security. Very unfriendly staff. Arrogant they excel in that.
