★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved to Amsterdam probably in the worst moment for finding an apartment. Moreover, I was starting a new job and didn't have much time to spend in the search.
Despite that, Anna and Dara have been wonderfully supportive in understanding my needs, proposing apartments to view, scheduling the viewings and coming with me (and even on my behalf) to see them.
When I found the right house, they took care of the proposal to maximize my chances to win the offer and in less than 10 days I had a house.
Definitely suggested!

Without Urban Homies it would have been really difficult to find the apartment I just moved in, while coming from abroad and during this hectic moment on the housing market in Amsterdam. They took care of everything, from finding and scheduling appointments of the apartments that met my requirements, to putting me in contact with their partner for the utilities, always in a very profesional and friend manner.
I totally recommend their services, it was a pleasure working with them!

Both times we experienced very good service, strong communication and great availability and support. The price was fair in both instances for the provided services. Of particular note is the well-functioning integration between Urban Homies and other service providers (e.g. mortgage broker, inspection, notary). We would recommend Urban Homies to other people (and have done so in the past already).
