★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today my boyfriend and I came for a haircut and blow-drying. The men are highly skilled and took the time to make an amazing looking hairdressing. We would definitely recommend it and we are planning to keep coming back here, even though we don't live in Utrecht.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never left a comment before, but this place is so bad. Not only did I feel that my scull was taken off by razor, but after when I thought it can’t get worse... I got sprayed with water with the amount that could cure water crisis. The water was dripping to the floor and my hair which was being cut was getting stuck on me and itch. Then the shaving razor struck, it left small cuts everywhere and after being sprayed with something containing alcohol in the end it burned so much. This is the first hair saloon I’ve ever been in Utrecht. But now I’ll make sure to find a good one and stay a mile away from this one. Oh, and no attempt to even start a conversation or make my experience better. If you want to sit through all that suffering for an average looking haircut, go here. If you want to feel okay and not write an essay on the experience, go somewhere else.

Starting from the entry, till you leave the place after the service, these people make sure you feel like a royal guest. Since the person with whom my appointment was booked was busy with another client, Victoria offered to take up mine and she was extremely professional. She made sure the threading was done to perfection and not even one strand of hair was out of place. Amazing Service at highly affordable rates and this would be my permanent hair saloon destination in Utrecht henceforth.Keep up the good work guys !!

This was the first time in forever that a hairdresser made so much effort for me as a client. Definitely will go again!
