En last but not least: erg blij met mijn nieuwe bank! I bought my sofa at Fest in Utrecht. Very satisfied with the expert, customer-oriented advice and good service and communication. And last but not least: very happy with my new sofa!

Ondanks dat ze extreem druk waren konden ze precies op de gewenste datum ons bankje leveren. Ook de aftersales was top. Zonder dat we er specifiek om gevraagd hadden kregen we naderhand nog info die we eigenlijk nodig hadden. Gewoon top! You only see the service we received at FEST Utrecht in few stores, nothing is too much to ask. Despite being extremely busy, they were able to deliver our bench exactly on the desired date. The after sales service was also top notch. Without specifically asking for it, we received information afterwards that we actually needed. Simply great!

Naast een goed advies over welke stoffen goed matchen, hebben we een aantal stoffen mee kunnen nemen naar huis. Zo konden we op ons gemak bekijken en nadenken wat het mooiste paste in de ruimte en bij onze andere twee Fest Monday stoelen. Bij aankoop, wat allemaal eenvoudig verliep via de mail en telefoon, zijn we ook nog speciaal door hen gebeld dat we korting konden krijgen ivm black friday. Super attent en een geweldige service! A month ago we walked into the Fest store to look at two Fest Monday chairs. We were very well helped there. In addition to good advice on which fabrics match well, we were able to take a number of fabrics home with us. This way we could look at and think about what would fit best in the space and with our other two Fest Monday chairs. When purchasing, which all went smoothly via e-mail and telephone, we also received a special call from them that we could get a discount due to black friday. Super attentive and great service!

We zijn ontzettend goed geholpen door Lisette, die ons de tijd gaf om rustig alle banken uit te proberen en ons adviseerde over de verschillende stoffen. Heel fijn dat we een aantal staaltjes mee naar huis mochten nemen om te kijken en te vergelijken. Uiteindelijk is onze keuze op de Clay in stof Coda gevallen, en de Phoebe chair met voetenbank in de gerecyclede stof Blush. Dank en voor kussen en andere leuke kleine dingen komen we ook zeker terug! We are very satisfied with the service of Fest in Utrecht. We were helped tremendously by Lisette, who gave us the time to calmly try out all the sofas and advised us about the different fabrics. It was great that we could take some samples home to look at and compare. In the end, we chose the Clay in Coda fabric, and the Phoebe chair with footstool in the recycled Blush fabric. Thanks and for kisses and other nice little things we will definitely come back!

Besides that we are also very enthusiastic about the customer service! Due to the corona circumstances we could not go to the shop, so we decided to take a look at the shop windows in Utrecht. So Lisette came out of the shop and advised us in front of the shop spontaneously, professional and very pleasant. The communication, organisation and purchase went very smoothly and VERY friendly!
