★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this vet is a rip off ... consultation is summary and anything that they are capable of is saying you should see a specialist ... i assume because they are incompetent ... but no worries they know how to charge a lot for nothing ! Really bad overall experience with over a week delay time very crucial for my cat ... 2 consultations under 3 minutes 40 euro each ... you find out what you already know ... your cat felt and its in pain perhaps you should see a specialist ... its really a scam of a vet .. i would recommend to avoid it for any type of problems. everyone there was arrogant and condescending but most importantly incompetent ,but expensive! i would rate this bellow sea level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shoddy business practices -- avoid. Took 2 dogs in for a month-after revaccination. Was charged a "consultation" (45/dog) on both without asking if we want it. With one (a puppy) the vet at least put in the effort and checked him over (not that it was needed or that she told us anything we didn't know), the other one she didn't spend a minute on (else she would have for instance seen a growth on his front paw for which he got operated soon after). Tried to upsell us on needless tests (the puppy had marks -- almost gone -- from fighting with his litter, she wanted to a biopsy on them). We also had to wait inordinately long when already being admitted, with the vet popping out to do god knows what, certainly nothing to do with our dogs. Go somewhere where they are a vet first and business second (we had good experience at the DOA).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professional, kind and understanding. I came here after my dog ate our chocolate while we were out for breakfast. Being tourists in Amsterdam, we were so worried we would not be able to see a vet in time, but the vets at this clinic saw us immediately, and took really good care of my dog (and of us too). I highly recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst vet clinic I've ever gone to, They are after your money and barely give any genuine care to their job. even worse when they assume you are someone going by the last name Miller- who is that even? to add, that is giving away private information to someone who doesn't even know the person. Horrible security and service.
