Wij kregen een telefoontje van het bedrijf dat ze er aan kwamen en dat dit circa 45 tot 50 minuten zou duren, met 45 minuten kwam de sleep- auto. Daarna, op zondag naar Beek gebracht, en ze zorgde voor een vervangende band. Al met al ze doen wat ze beloven geven een goede service, en zijn ontzettend vriendelijk.
Een extra bedankje voor Sjors echt een vakman met het hart op de juiste plek.
After bad luck in Belgium called with Mazda service, this company arranged this. We received a phone call from the company that they were arriving and that this would take approximately 45 to 50 minutes, with a towing time of 45 minutes. Then, taken to Beek on Sunday, and she arranged for a replacement tire. All in all they do what they promise to give good service, and are incredibly friendly.
An extra thank you for Sjors really a craftsman with the heart in the right place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stonden in Duitsland met de bus van mijn buren met pech. Zijn met de bus op de wagen naar Beek gebracht en vanuit daar is er een rolstoel taxi geregeld ivm twee scootmobielen waar wij afhankelijk van zijn. De mannen waren super en hebben echt hun best voor ons gedaan.
Were in Germany with the bus of my neighbors with bad luck. Were brought to Beek by bus on the car and from there a wheelchair taxi has been arranged because of two scooters on which we depend. The guys were super and really did their best for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vriendelijk, behulpzaam en goed gehumeurd vakkundig personeel. Snel ter plekke, Mooie zuinige leenauto (Ford Fiesta) afslepen van de auto van de pech plek naar hun opslag en daarna naar het reparatie bedrijf verliep zonder moeite of problemen. Top bedrijf!!! Bedankt
Friendly, helpful and good humored knowledgeable staff. Fast on site, Nice economical loaner car (Ford Fiesta) towing the car from the breakdown spot to their storage and then to the repair company went without any trouble or problems. Great company!!! Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called the police to ask where my car was and they said that it was pulled to a place in Maastricht and gave an address; checked it on the towing service company's website, everything okay, they have a shop in that address . However, when I went there and called the company a Mister picked up and argued that it was the fault of the police that I went to a place which has been closed for nearly 3 years. The funny thing is, I called the number of the Maastricht shop the day before and asked when I can pick up my car and the lady told me the opening-closing hours. The car was eventually in Geleen, which I still don't get why.
