★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As an Uber Eats Delivery person, the 2 Vapiano Restaurants (Rotterdam Plaza & Binnenrote) are a guaranteed fast & reliable merchant, handling orders in less than 7 minutes (usually).
I'm yet to dine in one of their restaurants, but I will update the review if need afterwards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No customer attention. The staff just drops your orders on the table and goes away. A lot of times orders get misplaced and we need to get up and go and find the waiters to ask them. Also, they do not serve coffee because "the machine is broke". Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After seat and before stand up and leave without a meal in my stomach for waiting more then 10 minutes (just to place an order) I noticed some stuff just walking in slow motion as if they were at the square, just walking around and around. What a poor service. So degrading. So disgusting. This is definitely not the Vapiano I met. Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This site has lost the quality of service a lot. Today I have been and having only 3 clients, they have taken 1 hour to serve us 2 pizzas, only to later discover that the dough of one of them was uncooked. A very unpleasant experience?. Next time we will go to Happy Italy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 14/15 € for one dish of pasta just isn't worth it, they used to be great, too bad they got greedy & unreasonably priced- offer less for more. Pasta variety is also less than before, charging extra for everything on top of the overpriced dish. Too bad ?
