★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza was good, risotto a bit less, the spicy pasta wasn't spicy at all. 1 item was missing from my order. Asked employees several times and didn't get feedback. Asked my money back for that item. I'll go somewhere else next time

Terrible food.
Doubt even the name is Italian
No one came to collect the previous customers dishes so we left it on the floor by our table. 50 minutes later still none picked it up.

Main options are various pasta, pizza, insalata. Extra toppings are priced high for the amount, but great to add!

Vapiano is always a good idea!
Went for a late lunch around 3:30pm and there was some nice place indoors with good sunlight.
Ordered a peach and vanilla iced tea (which felt a lot like peach ice tea to be honest), bruschetta (OK), pesto con spinaci with shrimp and Crema de Funghi (Main star of the show).
The pasta was creamy and so good. Asked to make it extra hot, and we had little chilies with our pasta (very appreciated).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We waited one hour.. for our drinks. Which in the end we got because we went to pick them ourselves.
We ordered two pizzas; got the first one after 1 hour and 10 minutes of wait (burned), and the second one after more than one hour and a half. so obviously we had to eat separately. very nice.
the food is ok but definetly not worth 1h30mins+ of waiting.
I don’t understand why the have so many tables if they can’t manage them (we weren’t the only ones complaining)
I think they take the “va piano” motto way too seuriously

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is big, and they just installed a new ordering system where you can scan the QR code on the table and put your order in with your phone. Very convenient. The pasta carbonara was delicious, very thick and creamy. Only downside was the food took so long, had to wait for 30 mins. Weird because the restaurant was not busy, it was sunday afternoon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered and paid through the app at the table. There’s no confirmation that the order went through so we had to check with the server. Restaurant was spacious and able to practice social distancing which we appreciated, but no one checked our covid certificate QR code - so that left me skeptical about the safety measures.
The food itself was good. We requested for spicy pasta and they added chillis to the dish. The pizza was decent, but not a must-have in my opinion. Affordable pricing for the amount of food.
