G	Gaelle Sakes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pas op! dit bedrijf belt je en doet zich voor als je huidige leverancier en zeggen dat je als vaste klant een goedkoper tarief kan krijgen, omdat de olieprijzen gedaald zijn, maar stiekem sluiten ze je over op een andere energieleverancier, daar kom je naarder hand pas achter. Het nummer waarmee ze jou bellen, kun je niet terugbellen en het nummer op hun site kunnen ze je nergens mee helpen, je wordt constant afgehouden als je vraagt om het annuleringsformulier. Ik heb ACM en adviesandersdoen.nl benaderd en die hebben mij geholpen met het annuleren binnen 1 dag. ik ben er dus met schrik vanaf gekomen. mijn advies als je dit overkomt is om net als mij contact op de zoeken met acm en de site adviesandersdoen.nl goed door te nemen. Beware! this company calls you and pretends to be your current supplier and says that as a regular customer you can get a cheaper rate because the oil prices have fallen, but they secretly switch you to another energy supplier, you will only find out. The number they call you with, you cannot call back and the number on their site they cannot help you with, you will be constantly put off when you ask for the cancellation form. I approached ACM and Adviesandersdoen.nl and they helped me cancel within 1 day. I got off with a fright. my advice if this happens to you is to contact acm just like me and go through the site Adviesandersdoen.nl carefully.

Zoals in meerdere reviews te lezen doen ze zich voor als iemand van je huidige energie maatschappij. Gino kwam erg joviaal en vertrouwt over maar helaas met voor mij de verkeerde bedoeling. Gezien het gedoe slik ik 250 euro weg die vanwege de gunstige tarieven van mijn nieuwe energie maatschappij daartegen wegvallen. Wederom nu maar een contract van 1 jaar gelukkig. I am unfortunately also misled and fooled with an expensive and long contract with DGB energy. As you can read in several reviews, they pretend to be someone from your current energy company. Gino came across as very jovial and trusting, but unfortunately with the wrong intention for me. In view of the hassle, I swallow 250 euros that fall away because of the favorable rates of my new energy company. Again only a contract of 1 year luckily.

Krijg geen bel me niet register of recht van verzet aangeboden. Terwijl dit gewoon koude telemarketing is. Echt slecht Constantly getting calls from them with outdated information. Nadat wij een mail gestuurd hebben en teruggebeld zijn, is het toch nog goed gekomen. Het feit dat mw. Van der Laan toegaf dat het eerste telefoongesprek niet helemaal correct was verlopen (nadat zij het bandje af had geluisterd) gaf voor mij de doorslag om toch met ze in zee te gaan. En natuurlijk omdat het aanbod te netjes was om te laten lopen. The first phone call went a bit strange, which made us have some questions. Ze zeggen dat ze bellen omdat ze volgens mijn huidige energiecontract de verplichting hebben om mij te informeren.... gezien ook de andere reviews: niet in zee meegaan. Ze geven misleide informatie om je weer over te halen een contact af te sluiten! You will be called with the message that they manage your energy contact and that you have closed it through them. They pretend to be from your current energy supplier, informing you that your rates are decreasing and asking you to confirm your details. They then use these details to unknowingly enter you into a contract that you CANNOT CANCEL. They have completely backed me into a corner. I will be taking legal action.
