In case you were looking for a room/apartment in Maastricht you probably have noticed that most of the services are pricy.
Having myself been in a tight accommodation search, I have paid for several of these services and I must say that the only one that has really been worth the investment has clearly been Viaflats.
The service is fast, secure and the team behind it is really helpful.
In case you were hesitating, with Viaflat you are in good hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shady company... They wont let you have viewings for the rooms they offer on their website and you pay a 250 Euro fee to reservate a room. They coorporate with criminal landlords, which have overpopulated studenthouses in terrible conditions, of course overpriced, breaching the contract and bypassing the law. Keep your hands away from this company!

Good website, easy to use for landlords and for tenants. I already did inform other landlords to use Viaflats website ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This agency is simply superb. I wish I could them give 10 stars for their brilliant performance in this competitive market. I would especially like to mention about Mr. Robin, who is a wonderful person. He attends to every concern, every mail of you immediately and with priority. They have got top level apartments in Maastricht and provide them with reasonable rates. I am an expat and this was my first visit to Netherlands. I was a bit worried and wondered where I would stay with my family. But before I arrived in Maastricht, my flat was ready for me to stay. No problem at all !!
I recommend everybody who is coming new to Netherlands (Maastricht) to first check with Viaflats and then check with the others. Cheers Robin !!
