We were informed and made aware of what every details means in the whole application process. I highly recommend VIISI for any expat who is willing to test the housing market. Deni you are the man!!

When I say "best", it has to be best, and that is what Jaap Zonjee from Viisi gave in my entire process of buying the house. Purchase of the house for an expat can always be a challenge, and Jaap made sure that I was informed and explained about everything. It has been an utmost previlege to work with him. Highly recommended.

Viisi has a website with all the information you need to know, I strongly recommend you take the time to read all through, you will understand the whole process. It also offers a compressed and condensed seminar on the mortgage process where you can ask more questions if you still have them.
Our initial financial advisor was Andrew Aziz, excellent communication with him. By the time we get the offer,
Andrew was on vacation so we panicked but only for less than 1 hour because we got a reply right away and we were assigned to Harry Otse. Better impossible, our sent emails to him were answered instantly!
Viisi helped us not only with finances, we had questions about real estate consultants, home insurance, structural inspections (which we had to do due to extraordinary construction in the house), in short, with many things that go hand in hand with the process and have nothing to do with finances.
During the mortgage application process we also had some setbacks with the bank that Viisi solved very professionally and promptly. We just had to give them the information and they fixed everything and highlighted the details that the bank needed to know, making it easier for us and the bank. Evething goes as plan with the seller.
With Viisi everything goes smooth, we feel represented and safe with them. For all these reasons and more, we recommend contacting them.

As an expat with little understanding of the Amsterdam housing market VIISI, Karlijn specifically, guided us through the whole process.They introduced us to an amazing makelaar, Bob Makelaardij, and following the acceptance of our offer acted as our advisers and intermediaries to the mortgage institutions.
I had a tricky case because I started my own business little over a year after starting the apartment purchase process. VIISI helped me gather all the right documents necessary to prove that the company was legit and managed all communication with the mortgage provider (something I would not have been able to do).
10/10 would recommend.
