★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Omdat ik een wildcardcertificaat wilde, en mijn eigen provider dat niet ondersteunde als download, kwam ik na wat zoeken bij Xolphin uit. Vragen per mail worden erg vlot behandeld. De aanvraagprocedure voor het certificaat gaat ook erg soepel.
Uiteindelijk had ik mijn certificaat nog geen half uur na het indienen wat erg prettig is.
Doordat ik zelf een fout maakte bij de aanvraag, moest het certificaat opnieuw worden uitgegeven. Ook dat gaat via de site erg makkelijk en kosteloos. En ook na betaling van de factuur worden vraag vlot beantwoord (wat wel eens anders is bij bedrijven...)
Al met al als particulier zijnde een zeer prettige ervaring met dit bedrijf.

 Because I wanted a wildcard certificate, and my own provider did not support that as a download, I found Xolphin after some searching. Questions by e-mail are handled very quickly. The application procedure for the certificate is also very smooth.
In the end, I had my certificate less than half an hour after submitting it, which is very nice.
Because I made a mistake with the application myself, the certificate had to be reissued. That is also very easy and free of charge via the site. And even after payment of the invoice, questions are answered quickly (which is sometimes different for companies ...)
All in all, being a very pleasant experience with this company as a private individual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voor het eerst gebruik gemaakt van de mogelijkheid om een 'eigen' certificaat in een webhosting omgeving te installeren. Gekozen voor Xolphin in eerste instantie omdat de prijs aantrekkelijk was (nog geen € 10 voor één jaar).
Was verrast dat ook op zondag het proces probleemloos en vlot verliep. Binnen een half uur had ik de certificaten.
Het Control Panel, waarop je kunt inloggen na het aanmaken van je account, is zeer compleet en overzichtelijk.
De standaard ondersteuning voor SSL van de webhosting provider kwam neer op zo'n € 70. Dus op deze manier € 60 euro bespaard !
For the first time made use of the possibility to install a 'own' certificate in a web hosting environment. Opted for Xolphin in the first instance because the price was attractive (less than € 10 for one year).
Was surprised that even on Sunday the process went smoothly and smoothly. Within half an hour I had the certificates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik koop mijn zakelijke SSL certificaten nu al meerdere jaren bij deze organisatie en dat zal ik ook blijven doen. Snel antwoord, goede communicatie. Daarnaast zelf wel eens te laat geweest met een certificaat verlengen, deze moest in allerijl op zondag(!) geregeld worden. En zelfs dan is er iemand die je helpt!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ssl certificaat hier aangekocht. Snelle reactie op vragen. Het importeren van het certificaat ging niet helemaal zoals de handleiding. Hulp op afstand is geen enkel probleem, helemaal top dus.
Sommige handelingen zijn nog gebaseerd op de. Oudere versie van direct admin, misschien een keer update? Dankje
