★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is THE place to get your herring experience. Our local food guide brought us here and it was great. The service was wonderful and there were so many options beyond herring. You can tell it's fresh when there isn't any fish stink. You can get the herring cubed or whole. I took it whole with onions and it was delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's one of my favorite places to eat kibbeling and fried shrimp in Amsterdam. Located in the famous Albert Cuypmarket, they have tables outside where you can sit to eat their fresh and delicious food. I highly recommend going there!
