Nice Uggs can score. A pleasure to wear them every day. The staff helped me a lot and are just super friendly. Handy location too.

At the store on Gelderlandplein they have my favorite brand, Loints. There are many shoes on sale. Very good staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vanmiddag deze winkel bezocht omdat ik opzoek was naar heren Uggs. Niet vriendelijk ‘geholpen’ door het personeel. Verkoper (man), heb ik gevraagd als deze in mijn maat beschikbaar zijn. Zegt hij dood leuk:’ je kan zelf op dit scherm zoeken, je weet vast hoe dat moet’. Sorry hoor, maar daarvoor kom ik niet naar de winkel, ik weet heus wel dat ik ook online kan winkelen. Ik was de enige klant op dat moment, dus ze hadden zeker de gelegenheid om mij vriendelijk te helpen. Daarvoor ben je verkoop medewerker natuurlijk! Verder is de winkel ook erg wit, wellicht is het voor HR een goed idee om mensen van kleur aan te nemen. Aangezien ik het idee heb dat ik niet gelijkmatig ben behandeld. Lijkt me sterk dat een 50 jarige witte klant op dezelfde manier behandeld zou worden. Als je iemand van kleur bent, raad ik je sterk af om naar deze winkel te gaan!
Visited this store this afternoon because I was looking for men's Uggs. Not friendly 'helped' by the staff. Seller (male), I asked if these are available in my size. He says very nice: 'You can search this screen yourself, you probably know how to do that'. I'm sorry, but I don't come to the store for that, I do know that I can also shop online. I was the only customer at the time, so they definitely had the opportunity to kindly assist me. That's why you're a sales employee, of course! The store is also very white, so it might be a good idea for HR to hire people of color. Because I feel that I have not been treated equally. Seems to me that a 50 year old white customer would be treated the same way. If you are a person of color I strongly advise against going to this store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been wearing Van Bommel shoes for the last 20 years and in Amsterdam Zwartjes is one of the only stores that sells them. Now last week on Friday afternoon I went to Zwartjes. I looked around to look for some Van Bommel shoes and I was in the store for about an hour. In this past hour none of the employees had neither time or they did not want to help me with my purchase. I was very disappointed and I left without making a purchase and I was planning to buy two pairs of Van Bommels.
Don't go to the store if you want good customer service, and for the store itself don't judge the book by its cover.
