β β β β β I really think this is the best bubble tea so far. I tried many bubble tea places in Amsterdam and these are the best with a foam in the end and it taste so good! I like that they sell Swiss cake rolls with taro, matcha and strawberry flavor. γγγγ§γη§γ―γγε€γγεΎγγ§γγγγ
The owner could be more friendly to the staff, I felt uncomfortable how they spoke with their staff the last times....

β β β β β I had the watermelon fizz with low sugar and it was so delicious and refreshing! Its just a great green ice tea with fresh watermelon, lime and lemon. No artificial flavoring, just the good stuff. And the lychee bubbles were delicious and fresh ???
And the staff was sweet and helpful, gave nice recommendations! β€οΈ

β β β β β If you are up to try something new, don't forget to dropp-by this place!
They have interesting combinations of bubble teas. Hey Cha is thinking in a creative way of how to fuse flavors together. My recommendation would be the "Zebra", Dalgona or the Sunny Oranda? for some suprising flavors that you won't get in other bubble tea shops! They have their on special signature cups with the Amsterdam city outline! In general its not an authentic bubble tea taste but still tasty!

β β β β β Hey Cha used to be one of my favorite boba tea places to go for. I always tell my friends that it's probably the first decent boba shop ever in Amsterdam. Three things that got us falling in love with Hey Cha: the drinks, the decor & the service.
However for the past few months, we have been offered very poor customer service every time we would go to get boba here. We miss the previous staff members who were working for you at the beginning when Hey Cha just opened. Some of the new staff members are rude to us and make us feel unwelcomed here, especially the young slim Asian lady with dark hair and thick artificial eyelashes. She's about 1.7m tall. She always gets annoyed when we ask basic questions about the flavors and intentionally slams our drinks on the countertop afterwards. We are convinced that she hates working there because we have been nothing but polite and gentle to her. We have not reacted at all.
Please re-train your staff and let them know that we are very saddened to see Hey Cha ruined by their bad-day attitude. The rest is still perfect as always. We love your drinks. See you soon.

β β β β β I took the drink "zebra" from this place and I guess it was not a type of 'milk tea' but milk drink which is why I did not like it that way. But it was smoky, nutty flavored... which had a different vibe! The place has nice decor but what I loved the most that they sell bubble tea-enamel pins and key rings.

β β β β β Really like their bubble tea store concept, teas are creative and fun. We ordered the zebra milk and the red beans milk with no further added sugar. The drinks were both tasty and just right sweet. I would also likely order them both with regular milk. Slight downside was the boba, which was bit over cooked and too soft for my liking. Hope this will improve next time.
