★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m a client for over 3 years with Vodafone. Came to check if my Apple phone case is covered under guarantee because the damage on the corner is a common Apple defect.
No questions asked, worker couldn’t even help because manager interrupted our conversation and said “we don’t do that, ask Apple store”, not very helpful and absolutely not helpful.
Maybe it’s a good idea to train your customer service skills ??
