★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war am Donnerstag das erste Mal im Vodafone Shop. Mein aktuelles Handy ist nämlich dabei den Geist aufzugeben. Mir wurden tolle Angebote gemacht und es wurde alles super schnell in die Wege geleitet. Vertrag wurde fertig gemacht und Handy direkt bestellt. Kommt wahrscheinlich nächste Woche, wo ich mich natürlich super drauf freue. Frau Brandhoff war super freundlich und total hilfsbereit. Immer wieder gerne würde ich mich dort beraten lassen. Vielen Dank!!
 I went to the Vodafone Shop for the first time on Thursday. My current cell phone is about to give up the ghost. Great offers were made to me and everything was arranged very quickly. The contract was completed and the cell phone ordered directly. Probably coming next week, which of course I'm really looking forward to. Ms. Brandhoff was super friendly and totally helpful. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was ich dort in dem Laden erlebt habe an Unfreundlichkeit und Inkompetenz findet man wirklich selten. Die Damen sollten ihre Berufswahl überdenken und Vodafone wäre gut beraten auf solche " Mitarbeiter" zu verzichten. Dann komme ich mal auf Ihre Antwort auf meine Bewertung zurück. Hätten Sie zugehört nachdem ich von ihnen dreist angemacht wurde ich solle meine Maske auch über die Nase ziehen, das ich sagte das ich eigentlich befreit bin von dieser und zusätzlich noch einen Schwerbehindertenausweis hätte. Aber das interessierte ja alles nicht. Sie sollten sich vielleicht mal erkundigen in wie weit ihr Hausrecht in meinem Fall Geltung findet.
What I experienced there in the store in terms of unfriendliness and incompetence is really rare. The ladies should reconsider their choice of career and Vodafone would be well advised to do without such "employees". Then I'll come back to your answer to my review. Would you have listened after I was boldly hit on by you that I should also pull my mask over my nose, which I said that I am actually exempt from this and also have a severely disabled pass. But none of that mattered. Perhaps you should inquire about the extent to which your domiciliary rights apply in my case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als ich mit meiner älteren Mutter von der Türe aus fragte, ob auch Seniorenhandys mit Notfallknopf verkauft würden, da ich sonst erst gar nicht durch die Corona Kontrolle (Absperrung) müsse, wurde ich dermaßen unverschämt und frech von einer jungen Dame behandelt,dass mir nichts anderes übrigblieb, als zu gehen. Meine Würde möchte ich gerne behalten.
When I and my elderly mother asked from the door whether senior cell phones with an emergency button were also sold, otherwise I wouldn't even have to go through the Corona control (cordon), I was treated so impudently and cheekily by a young lady that I couldn't do anything all that was left was to go. I would like to keep my dignity.

Angefangen von der Beratung der Tarife zu den Handys.
Herr Niklaus, Frau Branthoff und Frau Lorenzo überragen mit ihrem Fachwissen, wo man sich doch sehr geborgen fühlt. Es gibt keine dummen Fragen, nur dumme Antworten und wenn man sich als Kunde auf die Berater einlässt, dann werden alle Fragen fachmännisch beantwortet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Beratung im Shop bei Vertragsabschluss war gut. Danach ist im Shop niemand erreichbar und Mails werden nicht beantwortet, Rückrufbitten werden ignoriert. Klar alle haben viel zu tun, ist ja auch gut so aber meine Erwartung war nur eine kurze Bestätigung. So musste ich dann bei Vodafone anrufen, um zu erfahren, dass alles erledigt sei. Dennoch und gerade weil der Shop alles erledigt hat und die Beratung gut war, ist der Shop zu empfehlen.
Nur schade, wenn ein einfaches "Ist alles erledigt!" einer sehr guten Bewertung im Wege steht.
The advice in the shop when concluding the contract was good. After that, nobody can be reached in the shop and e-mails are not answered, callback requests are ignored. Of course everyone has a lot to do, which is a good thing, but my expectation was only a brief confirmation. So I had to call Vodafone to find out that everything was taken care of. Nevertheless, and precisely because the shop did everything and the advice was good, the shop is recommended.
It's just a pity when a simple "Is everything done!" stands in the way of a very good rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren am Samstag das erste mal im Laden um uns über Internet Tarife und TV informieren zu lassen und wurden sehr gut und ausführlich beraten. Der Berater war sehr freundlich und ist auf alle Fragen eingegangen und hat diese auch verständlich beantwortet. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hin gehen.
We went to the store for the first time on Saturday to get information about Internet tariffs and TV and were given very good and detailed advice. The consultant was very friendly and answered all questions and answered them in an understandable way. We would go back anytime.
