J	Juni 1112 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Null Kompetenz. Habe dort eine Brille erworben, wurde weder beraten noch waren die ausgemessenen Werte korrekt. Im Endeffekt hatte ich nur Rennerei weil die Brille nie richtig saß, nur schief war, beim richten beschädigt wurde und ich durch die Gläser nichts gesehen habe. Darauf wurde aber nicht eingegangen. Außerdem hat man zeitweise das Gefühl die Angestellten verstecken sich bei solchen Angelegenheiten vor einem. Auch telefonisch ist dort nie jemand zu erreichen. Die Rückgabe der Brille hat 1 Stunde gedauert trotz leerem Laden und 2 Mitarbeitern weil sich keiner mit mir befassen wollte. Es hat sich schlichtweg keiner gekümmert nichtmal ein "ich komme gleich zu Ihnen". Nie wieder!! Lieber etwas mehr Geld ausgeben und zu dem netten kompetenten Optiker gehen der fast gegenüber ist als zu diesen Brillendiscountern. Zero competence. Have there bought glasses, was neither advised nor were the measured values correct. In addition, one sometimes has the feeling that the employees are hiding from one another in such matters. Even on the phone there is never anyone to reach. The return of the glasses took 1 hour despite empty shop and 2 employees because nobody wanted to deal with me. There was simply no one not even a "I'll be right with you". Never again!! Better to spend a little more money and go to the nice competent optician who is almost opposite to these eyeglass discounters.

Ich musste auch warten und trotzdem wurde höflich freundlich und Umfangreich beraten. Es wurden dazu auch noch auf Fragen und Glasauswahl und ähnlichem eingegangen. Ich fühlte mich trotzdem das der Laden voll war und auch ich warten musste gut aufgehoben. Dem Taem wünsche ich weiterhin alles Gute und das Verständnis der Kunden. Es war zwar relativ voll und ich musste lange warten aber das Personal hat sich alle Mühe gegeben schnell und gut zu arbeiten. Die Frau die mich Beraten hatte war sehr freundlich und Kompetent. Auch Fragen, die nach dem Kauf aufgekommen sind, wurden alle freundlich beantwortet. Das Preis leistungs Verhältnis passt hier einfach super zusammen. Man nahm sich viel Zeit bei der Beratung und ich habe eine tolle Brille bekommen mit der ich super zufrieden bin. Meine nächste Brille werde ich wieder dort kaufen. M	Mid J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So was unfreundliches habe ich selten erlebt... der Laden war leer als ich rein kam, beide Mitarbeiterinnen hinter ihren PCs versteckt und mein Guten Tag wurde komplett ignoriert. Erst als ich direkt vor der Scheibe stand schenkte man mir Beachtung, wobei man mich dabei nicht einmal ansah, sondern weiter auf den Bildschirm stierte. Freundlich finde ich anders! Bevor ich mir ein Brillengestell aussuchen dürfe, müsste ich erst mal einen Sehtest machen, wenn ich mir bei der Stärke nicht mehr sicher sei. Sorry, und wenn ich dann kein Gestell finde, werd' ich den Test bezahlen müssen oder wie? Nein danke. Möglich dass die Kolleginnen einen schlechten Tag hatten, aber wenn man täglich Kundenkontakt hat, sollte man das irgendwann schlucken können... Das erste Mal das mir eine Brille kaputt geht. Das Gestell ist gebrochen. Das ist mir in 10 Jahren mit Fielmann nicht passiert. Habe im Moment eine Brille die sechs Jahre alt ist, zum Nulltarif und einfach gut.
