Habe das Handy zur Reparatur geschickt...mir wurde versichert, dass es ein Garantiefall ist und ich bekam ein Neues. Soweit, so gut. 4 Monate später die Rechnung von 400 Euro für den Austausch des Gerätes durch Vodafone. Habe nie einem solchem zugestimmt und hätte wenn, über die Kosten informiert werden müssen. Der Shop kam seiner Aufklärungspflicht nicht bei und weist jede Schuld von sich. Nach mehreren Telefonaten mit Vodafone selbst, steht fest, dass ich auf den Kosten sitzen bleibe. Der Shop hätte mir nur bestätigen müssen, dass das ein Verschulden, des dort plötzlich nicht mehr arbeitenden Mitarbeiters war und alles wäre geklärt. Vielen Dank für Nichts!

I sent the cell phone for repair ... I was assured that it was under warranty and I got a new one. So far so good. 4 months later the bill of 400 euros for the replacement of the device by Vodafone. Never agreed to one and should have been informed of the costs if. The shop did not meet its obligation to provide information and denies any guilt. After several calls with Vodafone itself, it is clear that I will stay on the costs. The shop should only have confirmed to me that this was the fault of the employee who was suddenly no longer working there and everything would be cleared up. Thank you for nothing!

Als bestandkunde interessiert sich keiner mehr! Problemen werden nicht bearbeitet.
Nicht zu empfehlen.
When you sign contracts, Mr. Hotmayer is super helpful.
As an existing customer, no one is interested anymore! Problems are not processed.

Herr Bamberg macht einen tollen Job und ist super Service orientiert, sodass ich mich super aufgehoben fühle. So muss ein Laden laufen. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Macht weiter so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never buy Vodafone cards here. This shop is not official, we bought a card here (telephone number for Europe use) but it wasn’t activated. Vodafone hotline told, that they made documents in a wrong way. 10 euros wasted. Liers. I was very surprised this situation to happen in Germany.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A friend had a Vodafone sim card that needed to be topped up. We went to this store to see if they could help as it was a Vodafone sim card. All they would do is tell us to buy a $25 euro new sim card with 3GB of data for a person who would only be there for 2 weeks. We asked what other options we have and if we can just reactivate her current card and they said no. We left the store, found WiFi and reactivated the card ourselves.. We did not feel helped and would not recommend this store.
