So far only good experiences. The customer service representatives are friendly and helpful. The opening times on two days until 6 p.m. are sufficient for me.

Geld abheben - das ist kein Service des 21. Jh. Account statements are sent for a fee (!) If they are not printed out (digitization has not arrived); our branch on the Neusser Strasse has closed, at the Volksbank opposite you can withdraw money (!) - this is not a service of the 21st Century

Die Konditionen sind nicht zufriedenstellend im Gegensatz zu den Mitbewerbern und der Kundensupport ist zwar von der Filliale durch das Personal sehr gut, jedoch halte ich mich nicht immer in Köln auf und kann 100 KM für eine ,,Kleinigkeit" hinfahren. Ich nutze das Postfach der BBBank und es dauert oft mehr als zwei Wochen, bis man eine Antwort erhalt, die nicht einmal zufriedenstellend ist. As a long-standing customer, I can advise every customer to open / maintain an account with this bank. The conditions are not satisfactory in contrast to the competitors and the customer support is very good from the branch by the staff, but I don't always stay in Cologne and can go 100 KM for a "little something". I use the mailbox of the BBBank and it often takes more than two weeks to get an answer that is not even satisfactory.

Im Einzelfall sogar 40 min. - Rückrufe werden nicht durchgeführt - Dringlichkeiten sind vollkommen egal - Kontoführungskosten ab Nov. 21 sehr stark gestiegen - Filialen werden geschlossen Die BBBank ist zu einer Onlinebank verkommen. Ich war wirklich viele jahrelanger, zufriedener Kunde. ... Betonung liegt auf war. Once upon a time there was a good bank ... but that is probably over. - Transfers are not carried out promptly - Service line: waiting time at least 20 minutes, in individual cases even 40 minutes. - Recalls are not carried out - Urgencies do not matter - Account management costs have risen sharply since November 21 - Branches are closed BBBank has degenerated into an online bank. Durch die schlechten Öffnungszeiten werde ich es nach Weihnachten 2022 nochmal versuchen müssen, sonst müßte ich mir extra dafür 1 Tag Urlaub nehmen. After a 30-minute outward journey to Cologne, the coin counting machine is currently broken. Due to the bad opening times, I will have to try again after Christmas 2022, otherwise I would have to take an extra day off.
h	hag hag on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seit telefonisch alles über die Zentrale läuft bzw. hängt, nur noch 3 Sterne. Personal in der Filiale ist viel besser. Online Banking wurde mit SecureGo bzw. SecureBlock todsicher gemacht, dem Kunden wird kein Fehler verziehen. Auch die vielfache Verifikation über Passwort und Fingerabdruck hilft da nicht. Die Blockierung kennt keine Gnade. Weh dem, der seine Fehler nicht zu Hause macht! Since everything has been running or hanging over the head office over the phone, only 3 stars. Staff in the branch is much better. Online banking was made dead safe with SecureGo or SecureBlock, the customer will not be forgiven for mistakes. Multiple verification via password and fingerprint doesn't help either. Blocking knows no mercy. Woe to those who don't make mistakes at home!
