★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was not bad but the service made sure we've had the worst experience. We had to wait more than an hour for the burgers because the waitress forgot to put the order in the system. Ofcouse the blamed it on the kitchen. Then she didnt bring us the beer we have requested so we kindly asked again. As it turned out we had to pay for both of them because the manager said 'if it is in the system you must have received them'. Great logic. Seriously the worst waitressing we've had in years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there on a Sunday, group of 4 French with no reservation and they told us that the restaurant was full whereas they had more than half of the tables empty. The group behind us was 4 Dutch with no reservation and they gave them a table meaning that they were not full and just did not want us
On the top of not accepting us the waiters were very unfriendly so I do not recommend to try to come here if you are not Dutch….

We didn’t plan to go so we were lucky to find a seat.
The staff was very polite it could be a bit faster but it was busy so it’s ok.
The food was really tasty I had the chef’s special which was duck breast and my friend had a burger both every tasty.
Nice atmosphere and in general a nice place to spend an afternoon.
I recommend you to try it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ceasar salad was amazing ! Everything was so tasty, and way more better than what we could have expected. Coffee is served with a small Tony’s Chocolonely which is THE chocolate to taste here in Amsterdam.
Every product is very well picked : fair traide, slave free, good for the environment.
Our only regret is that we waited almost 25 minutes for the salad even if we were almost the only ones in the restaurant (it was 2pm)...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been several times to this restaurant and I have never been disappointed. The food is excellent and fresh; the service impeccable. Sebastian was taking care of us during my last visit, he was extremely caring and attentive. What a waiter! For dinner, the ambiance is very cosy, soft lights, and nice music. I can only recommend this place if you are in the neighbourhood :)
