β β β β β Went here with an Italian friend whose pizza was over-cooked unfortunately. Meanwhile my Quattro Formaggi was falling apart because the dough couldn't handle all the liquid cheese on it. Wasn't a big fan of the pizza dough as well as the dollops of mascarpone on it. The waiter we had was really friendly and helpful, but the other waitress seemed to be walking away already every time she came to our table - it came of as very inattentive. We came here looking for one of the best and authentic Italian pizza, but I'm sorry to say that we didn't find it and won't be coming back.

Really friendly staff and proper cosy atmosphere.
I travel alone and felt welcomed, would definately recommend for couples.
5 stars all the way, will definately be eating here again while im in Amsterdam.

Staff very friendly, pizza is amazing, coffe and drinks are great as well. Facility is in good condition. Prices similar to other great locations not to expensive not to cheap something between. Highly recommended.

Pizzas are thin but quite fulfilling and with a great taste!
Outdoor area has heaters to save you from the cold nights.
The waiter was so fast during our payment that we weren't able to take some candies, but the service overall was amazing ?

β β β β β We with the friends had a really bad experience in Renato's. We have booked a table for 20.00, we have ordered 2 pizzas. It took more than 1 hour to cook it. We have asked several times if they did not forget about our order. Pizza was ready at 21.44. In 5 minutes waiter came to us and asked to pay the bill. In another 5 minutes we were kicked out from the place with the words, that they are closed at 22.00 and that this is not their problems. I have asked to exclude the pizzas from our bill, but waiters did not want to settle the issue at the place. Very disappointing.

Cons: it took them about 45 min to bring the pizzas and since you can only stay for 1,5 hrs that meant we had to shove our pizzas and chug our wine cause the waitress kept coming back to let us know we had 30 min left, then 15, then she just brought us the bill and after 2 min she came back with the terminal when we still hadnβt finished our food and drinks. The place was empty, so I donβt understand the rush. Very disappointed, it was not an enjoyable experience at all. You should at least give patrons 2 hours to enjoy their food peacefully, and if the place is empty, just let them stay.
