★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great shop if you're looking for mini's and/or mini painting supplies. Not only do they have some interesting items in stock, they can order a lot more (check out the in store catalogue terminal).
Outside of this all the staff is super friendly and happy to explain techniques for painting. In my case they explained how to achieve certain highlights and effects.
Right now (due to coronavirus) they don't have in store events though. But these will hopefully return once the pandemic is over.

Im still new to the hobby and although I arrived almost at closing time, I felt no rush from the staff, and the staff member that was working did everything to help and explain all the many questions I had. Bought some paints and bushes and I left very happy and Im sure I will be back very soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just walked into the store 30 minutes before closing time, having not been to a Games Workshop in roughly 25 years. The staff were above courteous and helpful, garnering their combined expertise to explain what I had missed, and what was new and exciting. They weren't pushy, they weren't overbearing... They just seemed genuinely excited about their genre and craft, and having a long-lost comrade rejoining their midst.
From complete stranger, to feeling right at home within 30 minutes. I'd say that's a pretty successful trip. A+
