R	Rick James on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They gave us a twin room instead of the double and said the reservations are not guaranteed, tried to get us to pay more for antigen tests even though they are free, the rooms heating didn’t work and no one came to fix it then asked for a bigger duvet and still nothing, very pricey for a hotel that can’t deliver on what they offer, small rooms no view, bad service!

The room I booked had a city view, when I arrived the room was small and facing a closed wall 3. I paid for the room 188 euros for two days, and upon my arrival they asked me for an additional twenty euros just to change my room to the room I previously booked. 4. The receptionist from Ghana, she was not very helpful, as she told me that I have to pay 10 euros more and after I moved my things to the new room, she told me that I have to pay 20 euros. 5. The guest was a former minister in my country's government, now I'm ashamed to suggest to him or anyone else this bad hotel. I do not advise anyone to visit this hotel, it is really not worth the value they are offering for the rooms. The rooms are small and cramped, and there is not much room for movement. Surprised that this hotel was given three stars!!
A	Andy Simoncelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel was everything we needed for a one night stay in Amsterdam. It was a 10-minute walk to the train station and a 10 minute walk to the attractions. The room was safe and secure and had enough room for two adults. It was clean and the workers in the lobby were very helpful to us in check-in.

The heater didn’t warm enough (around 17 degrees) and the bathroom was too small and too cold ? Also the room was dirty. The bed wasn’t really cleaned (there were some stains on the bed). For the price there are many other hotels better and cheaper. Sorry, but I’m really disappointed about this hotel.

Hotel is surface-clean, not clean clean (found mould in soap dispensers). Rooms are inside noisy. Can't hear the street much but can hear people in the next room.

No fridge, no place at all, not even to open your baggage. Also it was a bit cold. On the top of those, the bathroom had only glass walls and door. No privacy at all since the room is tiny!!! There is a coffee machine and a pot. Coffee and tea are available. But there isn't any bad side table to put it. The stuff is very polite and there is a parking across the street. Lots of restaurants near by.?
