Der Aftersaleservice ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Freundlich, schnell und sauber. Kurz, der Laden ist für jemanden der ein "Hörli " (Hörgerät) braucht nur zu empfehlen.

Besonders meine Hörakustikerin Frau Schmidt ist immer sehr kompetent und erklärt alles einwandfrei.
Bei Problemen mit meinen Hörgeräten bekomme ich immer sehr schnell einen Termin bei ihr und ich fühle mich sehr gut bei ihr aufgehoben.
