We have a bauknecht dishwasher which is serviced by whirlpool. First of all, it cleans much worse then our other, miele dishwasher. Also, the dishes do not come out dry, but often still wet, causing rust stains on my knives. So far regular use... Then it broke down after less then a year, within the warent period. It took more then a month before a mechanic could come by to take a look at it. In about 30 minutes he figured out that a spare part (pump)needed te be replaced because it broke down (within a year!). The next apointment is now scheduled more then 6 weeks later! So if he now manages to fix it took 2.5 months to get it fixed.

I had to wait 1 month before I could get my freezer repaired. I took half a day of, but the repairman never showed up. Calling the custamer service gave no sollution: You will have to make a new apountment, but then your freezer is out of garanty. No I cannot make a new appointment now.

Our coffee machine has been broken for months. Three different technicians have been unable to fix it and within moments of them leaving it is broken again! The last technician left the machine leaking water all over our kitchen, causing damage. Why do we pay insurance when you can not fix it? Why do we have to wait more than 1 month for a repair technician to come again? What a waste of money...

Customer service s*cks. Products are not safe and after purchase service is rude. Employees of customer service are very rude and not helpful at all.

Half December our microwave broke and we had contact with the service department. Because of corona and christmas, it was already January that a service guy came to our house. He had no tools or anything so he wasn't able at all to fix the microwave, so he just left and did nothing. 3 service people after him were also unable to fix the problem as they all brought the wrong part that needed to be fixed. We were already 4 appointments further (and took for 4 days off of work) and we really needed the microwave fixed because we were going to sell the house end of February. We called the service center EVERYDAY from end of January to end of February to try to speed up the proces. There was no service at all from the service department. I tried everything to speak to somebody else, a manager, a lead, there was nobody that could help us. It was intensely frustrating. In the end, the fifth service guy could fix the microwave after we already sold the house. And now, they still want us to pay for the call-out charges. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER. Don't buy products here. If anything is broken, of course you have garantees but there is no service at all. It's the worst!!!

Leaking washing machine with unrepairable bearings just outside warranty! Bearings are fixed to the shell! If you want unrepairable leaking stuff buy this! Unrepairable on purpose!

Bad experience. Do not buy, awful customer service. I bought a fridge 10 days ago and the carrier called us to tell us that he could not deliver the fridge because the car went down. He have called customer service and nobody know anything about our fridge. We have also email all possible emails we have been given, also no replies. We have no fridge and no money back. How is this possible with a "so-big" company. Also when calling you give several numbers to call but nobody knows anything about our order. It is a complete mess!

I bought a frigde from BCC whirlpool 6th sense, after one year doesn't cooling anymore and from the beginning was making cracking noises, very poor quality and i am very disappointed cuz i call them because is still in guarantee and they told me the technician is available in one month 10 january! This is a joke, your product get broke and i need to wait so much with no fridge in the house and with a big family with kids, you should replace it straight away, not to make people wait so long! I will not recomand this brand anymore, i was trusted in whirlpool but now is getting more bad and bad!
