Onderhoudsbeurt en garantievraag laten beoordelen. Fiets loopt weer als een zonnetje. Roel neemt de tijd, inderdaad heerlijke espresso's en ook hele mooie hand opgebouwde fietsen staan. je zou zomaar overstappen naar niet Canyon ;-) Duidelijke afspraken, flexibele en snelle service. Super dus. first time here i have a Canyon and the Wilerstudio is a Canyon Friendly bike shop. I can say very friendly. Have maintenance and warranty question assessed. Bicycle runs like a charm again. Roel takes the time, indeed delicious espresso and very beautiful hand built bicycles. you would just switch to non Canyon ;-) Clear agreements, flexible and fast service. So great.

When you go for a visit, it's always nice to have a chat about bikes over a cup of tea or coffee. From what I've seen there are also social rides leaving from the shop on the weekends. The only place in Enschede that I have my bike repaired. Would definitely recommend going there. EDIT: Have gone to the shop a few more times and the experience hasn’t changed, maybe even gotten better. Roel has helped me immensely with an upcoming cycling trip - both in terms of bike choice and component selection. What I also really value is that he tries to make the bike function as best as it can but also suggests aesthetic changes which make the bike look sublime.
