★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geweldige winkel. Ruim assortiment met bijzonder goede wijnen, whisky en cognac. Het personeel geeft uitstekend advies, en bovenal hebben ze passie! Echt een aanrader!
 Awesome store. Wide range with particularly good wines, whiskey and cognac. The staff provide excellent advice, and above all they are passionate! I really recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mooie zaak en vriendelijk personeel. Alleen vroeg ik om een vergelijkbare whisky als Teachers Highland Cream en toen werd ik met een soort Baileys naar huis gestuurd... dat was niet helemaal wat ik verwacht had ?.
Misschien omdat ik een toerist was of de medewerker had geen idee wat ik bedoelde maar dan had hij dat misschien even moeten vragen.
UPDATE: Hi Jurjen, bedankt voor je reactie, top! Geld terug is een keurig aanbod maar niet nodig. Een foutje kan gebeuren. Ik heb het aantal sterren opgehoogd naar 4.
Beautiful case and friendly staff. Only I asked for a whiskey comparable to Teachers Highland Cream and then I was sent home with some kind of Baileys ... that was not quite what I expected ?.
Maybe because I was a tourist or the employee had no idea what I meant, but then maybe he should have asked.
UPDATE: Hi Jurjen, thank you for your comment, great! Money back is a neat offer but not necessary. A mistake can happen. I have increased the number of stars to 4.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laat je hier adviseren en je komt altijd met heerlijke wijn(en) thuis. Als je zegt wat je gaat eten komt daar iets passends bij. Jurjen weet na een paar keer wel wat je lekker vindt, dat is ook erg prettig.
Get advice here and you will always come home with delicious wine(s). If you say what you are going to eat, something appropriate will come along. After a few times Jurjen will know what you like, which is also very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mainly a wine and spirit shop, this place did have a corner with Dutch (and a few other nationality) beers. Looking forward to trying some new beers we bought there, like the De Molen/Brouwerij 't IJ collaborative DIPA.
