Packaging was also completely in the spirit of sustainability, packaging and insulation was all plastic-free. Any questions I had were answered in a swift and incredibly kind manner. Now for the cheese itself? Hands down one of the best things that happened to plant-based diets - probably ever. Their own products are super good, but they also have a very well curated assortment of cheeses and other food products. Some of those products I haven't even seen made of cow milk. Walnut-caramel cheese aged in volcanic ashes. Who even does that? Don't be put off by the prices, they are definitely justified. And Willicroft's own products are very affordable. Thanks to them I had my very first cheese fondue since going vegan. I may or may not have cried a little. Yes, it's that good.
TL;DR: These people are the angels of cheese. Give them your money and receive the nectar of the gods.
