Else, everything is nice there. The cheeses proposed are various and very tasteful. The possibility to buy online afterward is also nice (even more if, like me, you went in Amsterdam as a tourist).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the best Gouda I have had. There is such a variety of flavors. The cheese is wrapped in wax so it was safe to take it home - and take it home is what we did. I easily took home 8 wheels of cheese on top of the 8 that my sister took and the 8 that my parents took. They have samples around the shop so you can try it before you buy it. If you are looking for a great place to grab some cheese that travels easily, this is the spot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sign up for a cheese and wine tasting - and purchase tons of cheese! Cheese is wrapped nicely and includes flavors like coriander, truffle, chilli etc. You can also buy extras that complement cheese - mustards, sauce, wine etc. A real hoot

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing shop. I always buy this cheese when I visit 'Dam. Green pesto, truffle & coconut are my favourite. You can taste the product here before you buy. Easy & safe to carry back to your country as the cheese is safe unrefrigerated for up to one month unopened. Lovely cheese board gifts. They also sell some meats & pickles. Friendly and knowledgeable staff especially the tall man with the beard. Make sure you visit this shop.

A Large variety of cheeses.The Asparagus and Cumin is out of this world. If you have a problem with your suit case weight, they can ship the cheese at a cost of 9 US$. You can order on-line.
The store is well located near the New Church. The staff are friendly, they represent Netherlands with their traditional uniforms.
The shop is neat and welcoming. Cheese tasting is for free, without doubt you can immediately buy your favourite cheese.
