Ich habe dort schon früher immer meine Schulbücher bestellt und ich werde Ihnen auch mit meinen Asterix Comics und Mittelalter-Romanen treu bleiben.
 Friendly staff. If a book is not in stock, it will be ordered at short notice. (in my case from Saturday to Monday)
I have always ordered my school books there and I will remain loyal to you with my Asterix comics and medieval novels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein schöner kleiner, sehr gut sortierter Buchladen in der schönen Fußgängerzone von Recklinghausen. Was nicht im Laden verfügbar ist, wird zum nächsten Tag bestellt und ist damit so schnell wie das Internet - inklusive sehr freundlicher Bedienung!
Wenn wir wieder in der Nähe sind, werden wir wieder reinschauen!
A nice little, very well-stocked bookstore in the beautiful pedestrian zone of Recklinghausen. Anything that is not available in the store is ordered the next day and is therefore as fast as the Internet - including very friendly service!
When we're around again, we'll check it out again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der einzige Paketshop der jemanden weg schickt wenn die Pakete zu groß sind. Service war sehr unfreundlich und die Kunden werden lieber zur Hauptpost durch die ganze Stadt geschickt, anstatt etwas Platz im Shop zu machen.
Genaue Aussage vom Chef: "Schick die doch einfach zur Hauptpost"
Außerdem sind die Marken für einschreiben so gut wie nie vorrätig und prio Versand wird ebenfalls nicht angeboten.
The only parcel shop that sends someone away when the parcels are too big. Service was very unfriendly and customers prefer to be sent to the main post office all over the city instead of making some space in the shop.
Exact statement from the boss: "Just send them to the main post office"
In addition, the stamps for registered mail are almost never in stock and priority shipping is also not offered.
