β β β β β SCAMMERS! Bought an electric cooking appliance for 100 euro. Came home with it and connected it according to the 3 phase schematics on the product. Did not work. Went back with it. They said that I connected it wrong and that I should have followed the printed schematic they have put there on the wall. I told them that schematic was for a 2phase system and I have a 3 phase system. So they changed the subject to me still having it connected wrongly. I told them I followed the exact guide lines on the product for 3phase without neutral line. They said that the schematic on the product is wrong because you cannot connect an device without the neutral line and I should have hired an electrician to do it. He was very rude and impatient. He seemed to have known even better than the schematics. I lost my 100 euro and just left as there is no way to get your money back. The warranty you get there is bull. He just says you broke it and there is no warranty for your mistakes. Same day I went to ikea and bought a brand new one for same price. Connected it the same way and it works perfectly. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

β β β β β First of all the washing machine we orderd online was not available any more and they arrived with a different machine, when we confronted the delivery guy he said it was a better one than we first orderd, after reading some other reviews it seems that many people dont get what they ordered but get a different brand or model than was agreed.
The washingmachine broke down after 2 months, they gave us a 6 month warranty but you have to bring the washing machine back to the shop your self and pick it up again.
Our own mistake for not asking and not having the warranty terms on paper & signed...
New lesson learned!!

The one we choose online wasnβt available, but weβve been informed about the replacement.
Delivery price is quite low, but additional fee required for lifting up the stairs. They also removed the old washing machine.
