HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! NO WAY TO CONTACT COMPANY! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I was traveling from Canada & arrived to Frankfurt around 9:30am. Right away i went to terminal 2 & had a problem finding Wizzair till i found an employee who had to ask other 2 to give me a directions & ended up using google.. Screens at check-in had a different airline name on & line was huge starting 11am. I made sure it for Wizzair but name on screen changed after 12:30..line was moving horribly slow! I was already starting to worry! Once it was finally my turn after more then an hour service was beyond bad! On my first flight from Toronto iโ€™v been advices to upgrade both of my tickets for 150$ to have language included! Turned out this flight is not excepting my previous payment! Both girls obviously to young & had no idea what they were doing.. they could not answer any questions , i had to wait for them to find out how, where & how much to charge me! Once they wasted around 15m of mine & everyoneโ€™s time turned out i had to pay 60 Euro far away from check in kiosk.. also she said If you wana fly you gotta pay or leave your bag & fly without.. what kinda attitude is that?? canโ€™t tell how mad i was running with my bag, doing payment, coming back, waiting again & the line was still huge after me!! Right after checking in my bag & it took them awhile to retype my info & I did my check in online!!! So what is for wasting so much time after scan?I rushed to passport control & it was a worst experience of my life!! People pushing, fighting, crying, yelling!! Everybody were extremely stressed to miss their flight!! Only 2 men were letting people to get their place in line, & that was a disaster! Can tell how many times iโ€™v been pushed! Being stressed myself! After an hour in that line it was my turn, & officer was doing his job but pretending like all that human mess is normal.. i was shocked & told that itโ€™s my worst experience ever!! On what he said -it actually ok today! Usually itโ€™s much more worse! Revolution & war in my country looked better then this event today!! I literally run as fat as i could to gate D20 which was very far! 10 people there were already in panic trying to talk to stuff & stuff lady was loosing her mind! Literally screaming ur not getting on this flight! You late! Itโ€™s not my problem! We are not gona help you with anything! No way to get on this plain! (Evee tho it was more then 20min before departure!!) she was treating us to be taking by police if we donโ€™t leave & spend night in jail! She wouldnโ€™t answer anything about language.. is it gone or can we pick it up?!? Many people were older & couldnโ€™t understand english & her behaviour was very offensive to each & one of us!! Her male co-worker tried to calm her down & explain to us that nothing can be done.. which complete nonsense!! How people who had a layover, that had no chance to make it in time cuz of horrible organization in whole airport supposed to know what to do!!?! It took us more then two hours to find out that language was take out of the plain & in next hour or 2 we can get it back.. i talked to everyone I could explaining this stupid situation & asking for an advice! All i got was NO help! Everyone who work in airport been saying that itโ€™s everyday thing with WIZZAIR!! How is that possible & allowed!! I spent more then hour calling their company & all help they were able to do is booking me another flight for a full price + again language fee & + their service free!! On the next day!! So total was supposed to be 350euro!! Talking to customer service, information kiosks, employers on Wizzair, border officers & even police left me Over 30 people were not allowed to get on the plan!! And instead of helping crew caused stress & panic! Huge time & money loss! Incredibly awful experience that will keep me away forever from this airport!Also airline crew took 45 min to get out baggage out of the plane & departed 3:10pm instead of getting 30ppl on board that would 10m top!! Canโ€™t believe that such an important connection airport could be such a horrific mess!

Poor service. Hustling mentality, and very poor user experience. I was charged the same amount for my bag-pack today as what my ticket costed me. Itโ€™s ridiculously. Thatโ€™s how they make their money - by cheating their own customers. Donโ€™t fly with Wizzair!

Canceling flights and still selling tickets, late cancelation emails getting sent 3-4 days after actual cancelation, 0 communication, just disgusting how they are treating customers. I am flying to Lithuania, they are not allowed to fly from UK to Lithuania by Lithuania goverment and they still sell tickets!!! What if someone is taking a connecting flight only to get there and you cancel while passenger is mid way their journey and already spent time and money on traveling, booking accomodations, etc? Non humanic at all?

Terrible! Spent 90โ‚ฌ (!) (3โ‚ฌ/minute) to resolve issues caused by their website and staff. It wasn't possible to check-in without entering a visa, though some visa types for partners of EU citizens get issued upon arrival at the German border. After several months of template replies through e-mail, a customer support agent finally admitted, that the fault was with their website. The hotline staff was unable to help and repeatedly promised callbacks, which never manifested. Don't even bother. Earlier in the year (early pandemic) Wizz kept selling flight tickets and then cancelled all flights 2 days before departure - 6 in a row! Unfortunately there's just Wizz flying to Kyiv from here. Refunds take several months to process. Don't accept the Wizz credit. You need to call them for 3โ‚ฌ/min to apply the credit to your next flight.

Wizzair is the worst airline I have taken in my life. I took their airplane from Albanian Tirana to Berlin. And their online Check in didnโ€™t work till the departure. I made the screenshot of their Website to show the stuffs at airport. But they charged me 40โ‚ฌ for check in at the airport. They said it was been written in the rules of wizzair, that check in in the airport cost 40โ‚ฌ. So I complained to wizzair with my screenshot and my invoice, they refused to refund me. And even told me their system showed I only paid 35โ‚ฌ not 40โ‚ฌ ? what a scam

They would rank first if there is ever a competition for the worst airliners. For a 50 euro ticket, they asked to pay 40 euro for a check in. So be careful !
