C	Carsten H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Laden solange man keine Ware umtauschen möchte! Mit Aussagen wo ich als Kunde schon fast als "Lügner" dargestellt werde gehen überhaupt nicht! Gerade in so Zeiten wo der Einzelhandel es besonders schwer hat sollte man als Verkäufer (mit 16 jähriger Berufserfahrung!) eher auf den Kunden eingehen anstatt ihn zu vergraulen. Früher hätte ich noch 5 Sterne vergeben aber dank der kürzlich gemachten Erfahrung ist mir eigentlich schon 1 Stern zu viel, eigentlich schade! Great store as long as you don't want to exchange any goods! Statements where I as a customer are almost portrayed as a "liar" don't work at all! Especially in times when the retail sector has a particularly difficult time, as a seller (with 16 years of professional experience!) You should rather respond to the customer instead of scaring him off. In the past I would have given 5 stars, but thanks to my recent experience, 1 star is actually too much for me, which is a shame!

Gute Auswahl und entspannte Atmosphäre, genau wie ein Tabak Laden mit Lounge seien sollte :) Great shop, great lounge. Friendly-minded employees and, most importantly, also experts Good selection and relaxed atmosphere, just like a tobacco shop and lounge should be :)

Als Dankeschön für den Einkauf gab es noch einen schönen Tabak zum probieren. Bei einem vorherigen Besuch habe ich ebenfalls beste Erfahrungen gemacht und wurde auch bei den Zigarren hervorragend beraten. Ich werde das Geschäft mit Sicherheit demnächst wieder aufsuchen.
