Hatte das auch erwähnt beim abgeben aber den hat es nicht interessiert. Das war am Bahnhof unten. Das ist eine große Frechheit. Und abzockerei nie wieder This is a fraud without end. I borrowed a Power Bank for about 45 minutes and only charged 5%. I mentioned that when I handed it in, but it didn't interest him. That was down at the train station. That is a great cheek. M	Melany Schmidt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Sortiment an Büchern und Zeitschriften ist gut, vielleicht etwas unsortiert aber mit ein bisschen Zeit und Geduld findet man was man sucht. Der Mitarbeiter dieser Filiale, war an dem Abend wohl etwas gestresst oder man muss zu sogenannter "Laufkundschaft" nicht all zu freundlich sein, da sich die Filiale ja im Essen Hauptbahnhof befindet und die meisten Kunden sowieso nur auf der Durchreise sind. Schade eigentlich, da ich selbst schon im Einzelhandel tätig war, bin ich der Meinung, Kunden so zu behandeln wie man selbst behandelt werden möchte, mit Freundlichkeit und Respekt. The range of books and magazines is good, maybe a bit unsorted, but with a little time and patience you can find what you are looking for. The employee of this branch was probably a bit stressed that evening or you don't have to be too friendly to so-called "walk-in customers", since the branch is located in Essen main station and most customers are only passing through anyway. It's actually a shame, as I have already worked in retail, I believe that customers should be treated as you would like to be treated yourself, with friendliness and respect.

Returnable cans were not accepted because "the garbage bag was too full". It doesn't work at all. The blonde woman yelled at me in front of all the customers.
S	Summer 2018 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war heute da, Essen Hbf am Gleis 1-2 … wollte 2 Schachteln Zigaretten für jeweils 10€ und ein Feuerzeug kaufen …. Ich hätte ca. 22 € bezahlen müssen. An der Kasse war eine ältere Dame. Ich gab ihr 50€. Doch sie wollte nicht kassieren weil sie auf große Scheine nicht rausgeben könnte ?? Wir reden hier von 50€ und nicht 200€ oder so. Also wenn sie nicht mal 28 € Wechselgeld hat und das am Bahnhof (um 15:45 Uhr) … sorry, aber das war regelrecht gelogen! Sie war sehr unfreundlich! Also 1 Stern ist schon zu viel. I was there today, Essen Hbf am Gleis 1-2... wanted to buy 2 packs of cigarettes for €10 each and a lighter.... I should have paid around €22. There was an elderly lady at the cash register. I gave her €50. But she didn't want to collect because she couldn't give out large bills ?? We're talking about €50 here and not €200 or something. Well, if she doesn't even have change of €28 and that at the train station (at 3:45 p.m.) … sorry, but that was a real lie! She was very rude! So 1 star is already too much.
