โ โ โ โ โ Regeltjespolitiek, zonder onderhandeling. Deze 'sociale' woningstichting is alles behalve sociaal. Huur je een woning, neem je de mooie vloer over van de vorige bewoner, gaat de woningstichting alsnog deze eruit slopen omdat er asbest in de vloer zit, en de vloer niet terug gelegd kan worden. Lekker op tijd aangegeven, zeer bedankt voor het weggegooide geld.
Als er vervolgens een vraag is over woningruil met mijn zusje, omdat deze liever kleiner wil wonen in mijn appartement, en ik de ruimte kan gebruiken voor mijn hobbies, van haar tussenwoning, dan moet de huur maar ineens omhoog met 120 euro, boven de huurgrens. Kan dus ook niet, nadat we hier meerdere malen in overleg met de woningstichting naartoe hebben gewerkt het laatste halfjaar. Nee, het was 'een fout van de woningstichting dat mijn zus de huidige huur heeft' en daarmee geluk heeft. Wauw wat een geluk...
Bij de ruil zou iedereen geholpen zijn als de huur ook maar een paar tientjes omhoog zou gaan ipv 120 euro. Ik blij, mijn zus blij, en de woningstichting toch (hogere) huur vangen van beiden. Nu kunnen we alleen maar ALWEER teleurgesteld zijn. Bedankt voor de 6 maanden lang lekker maken voor 0 mogelijkheden en resultaat.
Ben dan meteen duidelijk. Met de honderdduizend keer sorry en welgemeende excuses kan ik verder ook niets.

Everyone would be helped with the exchange if the rent would only go up by a few tens instead of 120 euros. I am happy, my sister is happy, and the housing foundation still catches (higher) rent from both. Now we can only be ALWAYS disappointed. Thank you for making good 6 months for 0 options and results.

โ โ โ โ โ Wonen Limburg heeft ons letterlijk in het riolering water laten staan. Melding gemaakt van een hevige verstopping bij de afvoer in de keuken. Was volgens de onderaannemer niet urgent genoeg. Toch telefonisch aangegeven dat het urgent is. Moest toch 2 dagen wachten en misschien als de monteur tijd en zin had zou hij de volgende dag misschien komen.
Zodoende konden we de keuken, wasmachine, vaatwasser en droger 2 dagen niet gebruiken omdat ze op dezelfde centrale afvoer zitten. En dit met 3 opgroeiende kids van 2, 4 en 6 jaar. Ik heb wel vaker klaargestaan voor Wonen-Limburg als bruggenbouwer en adviseur maar dit nooit meer. Meegewerkt aan ideeรซn en magazines. Achteraf gezien dus allemaal gebakken lucht.
Wonen Limburg has literally left us in the sewerage water. Reported a serious blockage at the drain in the kitchen. Was not urgent enough according to the subcontractor. Still indicated by telephone that it is urgent. Had to wait 2 days and maybe if the mechanic had time and desire he might come the next day.
So we could not use the kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher and dryer for 2 days because they are on the same central drain. And this with 3 growing kids aged 2, 4 and 6 years. I have often been there for Wonen-Limburg as a bridge builder and advisor, but never again. Contributed to ideas and magazines. So in hindsight all hot air.
