Wat een topwinkel. Heel vriendelijk personeel in de winkel. Ze denken echt met je mee en nemen rustig de tijd om alles naar wens te maken. Ook de bezorgservice is helemaal top. Ze belden van te voren dat ze binnen 45 min er zouden zijn en ze waren erg netjes op tijd. Meubel helemaal naar boven getild. Ik kom hier zeker terug.
What a top store. Very friendly staff in the store. They really think along with you and take the time to make everything to your liking. The delivery service is also top notch. They called in advance that they would be there within 45 minutes and they were very neat on time. Furniture lifted all the way up. I will definitely come back here.

Keep clear of Woonexpress! I have had a terrible customer service experience after discovering that something was wrong with the product they delivered. Finally ended up empty handed and terribly frustrated.

We were just trying to look around and even after telling the guy three times that we didn't need his service he still kept insisting on trying to push products on us.

Don't go here at all. I went to get a quote for a sofa, which was about 2500EUR. They wanted to close the deal immediately and were insisting so much, but I didn't accept. Few days after I found EXACTLY THE SAME sofa in a different shop for 1400EUR!!!!!!!

Terrible place. We had a good friendly seller configuring a very nice couch. The shop manager (I guess) came to make us a better offer (400€ cheaper!). We said that we had to think about it because the price was good, but still some money to don't even think about it. He said that if we stepped out of the shop we could never come back and ask for this price. I tried to explain that we liked it very much and that we just wanted to take a decision in cold. Then he got very pissed and left the table where we were talking. The seller was very upset because this guy ruined all her selling efforts. We went to profijt meuble and bought our couch immediately without any pressure nor need to negotiate prices (and much better services as extended warranty). Our impression is that in woonexpress want to trick you before you even think about it. It also changed our mood that day for a while. WE WON'T GO BACK AGAIN.

Horribly bad customer service post buying. I bought a sofa, a box spring bed and a tea table recently. The bad experience - one corner of the bed has a small tear. As it's nearly impossible to check every corner of big furnitures in detail at the point of delivery, I missed it. But reported it in a few days (well within the range of 15 days). They said it's a problem from suppliers and waited for their response for long. Later when I expressed concern they followed up. And to my surprise they say they can't do anything for the damage as I did not report it upon delivery. Is the expectation so ? When already reported well within 15 days ? It may be not a big defect but it is a defect!!! This is completely unacceptable. I understood that the post buying behavior shows the true nature of any company and this one is surely not good. The not so bad experience - By the way this wasn't the only damage ( still they behaved correctly on that damage and hence I never complained for the same, still that's not something u expect). Initially a damaged tea table was sent but they arranged exchange, which was okay damages can happen. Later they sent a table without screws - they arranged the screws by post later (still acceptable). Atleast that table is in hand now.
