K	Katy De Vos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maak niet dezelfde fout, laat je niet verleiden tot een mega miskoop! Na meerdere bedden winkels te hebben bezocht kwamen we bij Totaalbed terecht waar we ons volledig hebben laten overhalen tot de duurste combinatie, want dan zouden we het beste slapen! 1000 pocketveren bij 2 mensen met een normaal postuur en een koud watergel topper want dit zou net hetzelfde zijn als memory foam. De tijk zou van katoen zijn en perfect de lichaamswarmte afvoeren.. Zie foto's, alles is van Polyester en ademt dus totaal niet. Ontzettend heet en kuilvorming is al na 3 maanden ontstaan! Wij laten ons nooit meer zo misleiden en hopen anderen deze kost te besparen. Uiteindelijk hebben wij dus (na slechts 6 maanden na levering) een nieuw matras en topper gekocht bij Swiss Sense en zijn dus veel duurder uit. Na maanden slechte nachten, rug en nekklachten eindelijk weer lekker slapen.. Don't make the same mistake, don't be tempted to make a bad buy! After having visited several beds of stores, we ended up at Totaalbed where we were completely persuaded to choose the most expensive combination, because then we would sleep the best! 1000 pocket springs for 2 people with a normal build and a cold water gel topper because this would be the same as memory foam. The cover would be made of cotton and dissipate body heat perfectly. See photos, everything is made of polyester and therefore does not breathe at all. Extremely hot and silage has already formed after 3 months! We will never be so misled again and hope to save others this cost. In the end we bought a new mattress and topper from Swiss Sense (after only 6 months after delivery) and are therefore much more expensive. After months of bad nights, back and neck complaints, finally a good night's sleep ..
G	Ge Vermeulen2 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mooie grote winkel waar je bedden, boxsprings, dekbedden, kussens en nachtkastjes kledingkasten en meer voor de slaapkamer ben daar erg vriendelijk geadviseerd over spullen voor de slaapkamer . Erg vriendelijk personeel echt een aanrader Nice big store where you get beds, box springs, duvets, pillows and bedside tables, wardrobes and more for the bedroom, I was very kindly advised about stuff for the bedroom. Very friendly staff highly recommended
D	D R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Winkel bezoek was prima. Vriendelijk geholpen en na testen eigenlijk direct raak. Daarbij de belofte dat het bed tussen 5-6 weken echt bij ons thuis zou staan. Echter net de mail dat i.v.m. corona de fabriek stil ligt en onze bestelling nog weken kan duren. Geen tijdslot geen verdere informatie. Deal er maar mee. Benieuwd of totaalbed hier iets mee gaat doen. Nu afwachten tot het bed geleverd wordt... Wederom weer wachten. Mocht dit positief uitpakken en alles naar wens zijn kunnen ze nog een ster verdienen. Maar lijkt mij dat je een bed makkelijk binnen het termijn van 6 weken moet kunnen leveren. Shop visit was fine. Friendly help and after testing actually hit the spot. In addition, the promise that the bed would really be at our home between 5-6 weeks. However, just the mail that because of corona the factory is down and our order could still take weeks. No time slot, no further information. Deal with it. Wondering whether total bed will do something with this. Now wait until the bed is delivered ... Wait again. If this works out positively and everything is as desired, they can earn another star. But it seems to me that you should be able to easily deliver a bed within 6 weeks.

Werden door iemand geholpen die er nog niet lang werkt maar hij nam de tijd voor ons en gaf super goed advies! Wij zouden dit zeker aanraden! Had a very good experience here! Came in and were immediately helped and offered coffee and tea. Were helped by someone who hasn't worked there long but he took the time for us and gave great advice! We would definitely recommend this!

Wij zijn geholpen door Anneke. Medewerkster die niet zomaar iets probeert te verkopen. Zij heeft interesses in onze wensen maar adviseert ons ook anders indien dat eigenlijk beter aansluit op onze wensen. Top service, super vriendelijk en goed advies!! Dat heeft ons ook overgehaald om tot aankoop te gaan van onze nieuwe bed. Super blij! My partner and I were looking for a good bed, a bed with the right mattress and the right topper. Just right for our location. We were helped by Anneke. Employee who is not just trying to sell something. She is interested in our wishes, but also advises us differently if that actually better suits our wishes. Top service, super friendly and good advice!! That also persuaded us to buy our new bed. Super happy!

H	Hayat Ali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a closet from Totaalbed UTRECHT and it was really a Total bad experience for us, the first time they came with the delivery, some parts were damaged and the man was just using them as normal, until we noticed these damaged pieces, and the closet was almost assembled so we had to keep it like that, ... then they came to replace it but we had course to wait till next delivery, the upsetting thing is that when they came with new parts they were narrower and they couldn ' t know that till they are disassembled and assembled it again, this is really not professional, ... so we had to wait again for next delivery, at the final they replace the parts but the closet is horribly unstable. we don't like to call them again, because we are really tired with this. it wasn't nice to empty to closet and put the clothes back in every time. As a conclusion we didn't like our experience with total bed and we don't recommend it.
